We do not collect your name, physical address, ID number, or any financial card details. Payment processing is handled entirely by PayFast.
We do not use your information for advertising or sell it to third parties.
Photos you upload are sent to our AI processor for measurement analysis. This processing happens in real time. Photos are not stored on our servers after the scan completes.
Our AI processor analyses the image to extract body measurements and returns those measurements to us. The AI processor we use is Anthropic. For information on how Anthropic handles data, visit anthropic.com/privacy.
We recommend using photos where the subject is fully clothed and the image is taken in a neutral, non-sensitive context.
Your token data and email address are stored securely in Cloudflare's global Key-Value infrastructure. Cloudflare is a US-based company operating under standard data protection practices.
Token records are retained for 12 months from the date of purchase. Email-to-token mappings are retained for the same period to assist with token recovery.
Adhama Solutions is committed to compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), Act 4 of 2013. We collect only the personal information necessary to provide the FitScan Pro service and protect it with appropriate security measures.

FitScan Pro does not use tracking cookies. We use browser localStorage only to save your token locally on your device for convenience. This data stays on your device and is not transmitted to us.
FitScan Pro is not intended for use by persons under the age of 18 without parental or guardian supervision. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
