All payments are processed securely by PayFast. By completing a purchase you agree to PayFast's terms and conditions in addition to these terms.
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 7 days of purchase if you experience a technical issue that prevented you from using your scans. Scans that have been used are non-refundable.
All content, branding, code, and design associated with FitScan Pro and Adhama Solutions is the property of Adhama Solutions. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the service without written permission.
Measurement results generated for your client or yourself may be used freely for garment construction purposes.
To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, Adhama Solutions is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of FitScan Pro, including but not limited to errors in measurements, garment construction losses, or data loss.
Our total liability in any matter related to FitScan Pro is limited to the amount you paid for the scans in question.
Your use of FitScan Pro is also governed by our Privacy Notice, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of FitScan Pro will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
